How much will you make when your home sells? I'll prepare an estimate of your net proceeds including closing costs, loan payoff amounts and other factors that influence your bottom line. When an offer is received and presented to you, a revised sellers net sheet reflecting the terms of the offer is included.

Coordinate and monitor all elements of the transaction from offer to close. You'll always know what has happened, what is currently being worked and what will happen in the future.
